Jovy plays a key role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality advice and supporting the strategic direction of the business. She works closely with clients to understand their financial position and goals, ensuring that tailored strategies are developed with clarity, accuracy and care.

She is responsible for coordinating team operations, maintaining strong internal processes and ensuring that the client experience remains seamless from start to finish. Her natural leadership fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where the team works cohesively towards shared outcomes.

Jovy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Management Accounting) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, bringing both strong technical capability and commercial insight to her work.

She is committed to continuous improvement and believes that effective leadership is grounded in service, integrity and creating meaningful impact for both clients and the team.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, spending time at the beach and practising yoga.
